tea baji Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tea baji website at tea-baji.com, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the tea baji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the tea baji Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the complete agreement between you and tea baji.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tea baji platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of any part of the platform after a published update to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. tea baji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all purposes. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The tea baji platform is intended for adults only. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements to register and maintain an account on tea baji:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is strictly enforced. Persons under 18 are prohibited from using any part of the tea baji platform, including free-play or demo modes where available.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler in a capacity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tea baji employee or any of its affiliated technology or content providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with tea baji or any other gambling platform where such exclusion would apply to your use of this service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

tea baji may request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or during the course of your account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by tea baji will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of tea baji services, including betting, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible players across Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number (registered in Bangladesh), and a unique email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tea baji platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing responsible gaming limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. tea baji uses technical and manual verification methods to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended and any bonus credits, free spins, or pending withdrawals held within them will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tea baji login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account PIN with any other person. tea baji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the tea baji support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Two-Factor Authentication

tea baji offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account. You are strongly encouraged to activate this feature from your account security settings after completing registration.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the tea baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). tea baji does not apply currency conversion charges to player deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile), Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum deposit via bank transfer may vary by institution; please refer to the cashier section of your tea baji account for current limits. Deposits made via mobile wallets are typically credited to your tea baji balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to process during standard banking hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Players must only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources — including accounts registered in another person's name — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission during standard support hours. tea baji does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus offer. Players must satisfy all applicable wagering conditions before a withdrawal request from a bonus balance will be approved. See Section 5 (Bonus and Promotional Terms) for full details.

Player Fund Protection

tea baji maintains player funds in accounts that are kept separate from the company's operational funds. This segregation is designed to ensure that player balances remain protected in the event of any adverse financial circumstance affecting tea baji's business operations. However, tea baji does not represent that this arrangement provides an absolute guarantee equivalent to regulated bank deposit protection schemes.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

tea baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload offers, cricket betting boosts during BPL and IPL seasons, live casino cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladeshi cultural calendar including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December).

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to minimum deposit requirements as stated in the specific offer terms communicated at the time the bonus is made available.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your balance without compensation.
• Only one promotional offer may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• tea baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in-progress by a player, except where evidence of abuse is identified.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Not all game types contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, the default contribution rates are as follows: slots and crash games contribute 100%; live casino table games (including Dragon and Tiger, live roulette, live baccarat, and live blackjack) contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer; sports betting contributions vary by market and odds. Please consult the specific offer terms or contact the tea baji support team for clarification on contribution rates for any active bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The tea baji platform offers cricket sports betting, live dealer casino games, slots, Dragon and Tiger, and other gaming formats. All games and betting markets operate according to the rules published within the relevant game interface or betting section. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence for matters directly related to that game or market.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, Asia Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). tea baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the outcome was determined to have been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or circumstances outside the normal conduct of the sport.

In-play betting markets are available on selected fixtures. tea baji endeavours to keep live odds accurate and up-to-date, but no guarantee can be made regarding the continuous availability of in-play markets during any live event. Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds — where the odds published were materially incorrect due to a technical error — may be voided by tea baji at its sole discretion, with the stake returned to the player.

Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games available on tea baji, including live dealer titles provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, are governed by the rules of the respective game as operated by the providing studio. tea baji does not operate any proprietary casino games. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages are provided by the game studio and are subject to the studio's independent certification. Actual results over any individual session may differ materially from the published RTP.

Disconnection Policy

In the event that you experience a disconnection during an active game round or live bet, tea baji's systems will complete the round or settle the bet according to the game's standard rules. tea baji is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to your internet connection, mobile network, or device during an active gaming session. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before commencing play.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tea baji platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, creating duplicate accounts, or using another person's account credentials to access the platform.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the tea baji platform, including automated betting, scraping, or account creation tools.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be removed from the player's balance.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker or live dealer games, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the natural odds of a game.
• Placing bets or wagers for purposes other than genuine recreational gaming, including but not limited to money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any element of the tea baji platform, its content, software, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward tea baji support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the tea baji platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure

Any registered player may request the closure of their tea baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering conditions) will be returned to the player's primary payment method within five business days. Accounts undergoing active AML review or investigation cannot be closed until the review is complete.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked against login and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Suspension and Closure by tea baji

tea baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Confirmed or suspected identity fraud, account takeover, or impersonation.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of the platform.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Instruction from a relevant legal authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed by tea baji due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at tea baji's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach identified. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory instruction), the player's real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment source.

Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the English language text as published on this page. In the event of a dispute between a player and tea baji, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through the tea baji support and complaints process in the first instance. Players should submit formal complaints in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and their registered account details. tea baji will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
